Hotel manager (m/f/d)
ButtonIn the hotel business, you are responsible for organizing the guest's stay from reservation and advice to check-in and departure. You coordinate the stay and prepare all other departments. At some point you will take on a variety of tasks in the front and back office of the hotel. You should have a high level of flexibility and good communication and organizational skills.

Chef/cook
ButtonCooking is a craft that thrives on teamwork and creativity. Chefs develop dishes, write menus, are familiar with foods and their origins, calculate dishes and buy the goods. As a chef in the chocolate hotel, you can also do part of your training in the chocolate studio!

Restaurant & events
ButtonIn this job, the role of host is paramount. At some point, your tasks will include advising guests, organizing and holding events, and helping to design wine lists and beverage offerings. You should have good communication and organizational skills as well as a good understanding of service and hospitality to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Hotel management clerk
ButtonA completely new profession for particularly passionate trainees. This commercial training in the hotel is exactly right for you if you are aiming for a position in management. The tasks include, among other things, managing room bookings, organizing events, looking after guests and monitoring finances and business processes.
You should have a good understanding of numbers, strong self-confidence and a lot of ambition!

Training salary
We pay you a standard training salary and additional health insurance. And of course you will also receive a share in the tip.

As Trainee of the Year you can win extra bonuses.
Promotion in the 3rd year of training
Are you really good and want to take on responsibility as a trainee? You're welcome: in the third year of your apprenticeship you can earn up to €300 more per month.
