When is check-in possible? Until when can you check out?
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out must be by 11 a.m. You are welcome to book an early check-in or a late check-out for an additional charge of €30 each.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Sure, bring your four-legged friends with you to the hotel! We have special rooms where dogs are welcome. There is an additional charge of €15 per dog per night. Please note that dogs are not allowed in our chocolate lounge and in the Vossini restaurant due to open food.

Do we have rooms with separate beds?
Our double rooms are equipped with double beds that cannot be separated.

Do we have disabled-friendly rooms?
Yes, we have disabled-friendly rooms in the Truffle category.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning, depending on the category selected.

Do we have rooms with a bathtub?
Yes, in our Praline category 2 rooms are equipped with a bathtub.

Do we have carpeted rooms?
Yes, most of our rooms are carpeted.

Do we have ground floor rooms?
We do not have any rooms on the ground floor, but all double rooms can be reached by elevator.

Do we have a connecting room?
Yes, we have a connecting door between a Truffle category double room and a Truffle category single room.

Is early check-in possible?
Yes, you can check in from 12 p.m. for an additional charge of €30. Normal check-in takes place from 3 p.m.

Is late check-out possible?
Sure, you can check out until 3 p.m. for an additional charge of €30. Regular check-out is at 11 a.m.

For reservations and telephone concerns, we are there for you from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.!

Is there a bicycle shelter?
Yes, there is a lockable bicycle shed in the hotel parking lot.

Is charging e-bikes possible?
Yes, there are also charging stations for the batteries of your e-bike in our locked bike shed. Charging in the room and generally in closed rooms is not permitted due to the increased risk of fire.

What are the cancellation conditions?
- A booking for bed and breakfast can be canceled free of charge up to one day before arrival. A special booking can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. A booking over the public holidays can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Non-cancellable rates cannot be canceled.

What are the opening times at the Vossini restaurant?
The breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. during the week and from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on weekends.

What are the opening times at the chocolate lounge?
In our chocolate lounge you can enjoy breakfast dishes, hot drinks, warm dishes and cocktails every day from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
Dogs are not allowed in any of our dining rooms (Chocolate Lounge and Restaurant Vossini). You are welcome to take a seat with your four-legged friend on our cozy market terrace. In the cold months our terrace is just as inviting with heaters, mushrooms and blankets.

Our restaurant has ground-level tables, just provide this information when making your reservation and we will take it into account.

Are there lactose-free, gluten-free or vegan dishes?
Yes, you can find dishes with us that take all your wishes into account. Didn't find the right one? No problem, just speak to our service team and together we will find a great alternative that is tailored to your preferences.

Is there a changing room?
Yes, you can find it in our hotel lobby, which can also be reached from the restaurant.

Basic cleaning!
Basic cleaning takes place in the spa area every Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., which is why it is closed during this time.

What spa equipment is available in the room?
We have prepared a spa bag in your room containing towels and bathrobes for you. You can either bring your own flip flops or purchase them from us.

Can you rent flip flops?
We don't have flip flops for rent, but we are happy to sell you our seagrass slippers for €4 each. Of course you can also bring your own flip flops.

Can you go into the sauna area without flip flops?
In principle, we do not oblige you to wear flip flops, but we recommend that you wear them.

Is prior booking necessary?
Applications are only possible after prior appointment, this can be done via our homepage or by telephone.

Is it possible to book as an external guest?
Yes, for external guests we offer appointments from Sunday to Thursday and Friday morning.

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your wellness appointments free of charge at least 48 hours before the treatment. If the treatment is not used or canceled at short notice, 85% of the treatment price will be charged.

Which room is reserved?
We assure you that we will make the best possible room selection for your event and number of people. We reserve the right to change the specified room(s), particularly if the number of people changes.

How many guests can meet in the chocolate hotel?
Our largest, connected meeting room offers space for 200 guests.

Our internet has a speed of 100 Mbit/s.

Getting there-
possibilities

Arriving by car:
Take the A28 motorway and leave it at the Westerstede exit. Follow the signs to Westerstede Zentrum. Follow Bahnhofstraße and you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.

Arrival by public transport:
Take the train to Westerstede station. The hotel is located very close to the train station, just a few minutes walk away.

Arrival by bike:
Follow the cycle path along Bahnhofstrasse to Westerstede. The hotel is located opposite Takko and is right on the market square.
